Private healthcare network
Clinic is four small buildings and nine clinicians. Appointments run to thirty minutes, you see the same person each time, and everything discussed is written down in language you can actually use.
Position
Everything else follows from that. Rooms are designed for conversation rather than throughput. Results are explained in person. Referrals are arranged before you leave, not posted to you afterwards.
It is a modest idea, carried out precisely.
01Specialties
Each specialty is run by clinicians who also hold a general list, so nothing gets siloed.
A continuing relationship with one clinician who knows your history and coordinates everything else.
Skin consultations in rooms designed for careful examination and clear, unrushed conversation.
A dedicated team, private rooms and appointment lengths that leave room for the actual conversation.
Calm spaces for families, with waiting areas designed for children who would rather not be waiting.
02Clinicians
You are registered with a named clinician. These are the nine.

03Patient experience
Four decisions that shape every visit, from the door to the follow-up.
No counter, no ticket, no queue. Someone greets you by name and tells you honestly how long the wait will be.
Long enough to describe the problem twice, which is usually how long it takes to describe it properly.
Continuity is written into the schedule. You are not starting again at every appointment.
A short written record of the conversation, sent the same day, phrased so you can share it with anyone.
04Care pathway
Five steps, arranged as a loop rather than a line — follow-up returns you to the same clinician rather than the start of a queue.
A short conversation about what you are looking for, then you are matched with a clinician.
A longer appointment. History, context, and what you would like from the relationship.
What was discussed and what happens next, sent the same day in plain language.
Messages go to your own clinician’s team. Follow-ups are held in protected slots.
A yearly conversation that resets the plan — and returns you to step two, with the same person.
05Locations
Each fitted out around the experience of waiting. Every consulting room has daylight.

06Resources
Short, practical notes about navigating an appointment. Not medical guidance.
A short routine for the day before an appointment, so the time in the room is spent on the conversation rather than on recall.
What the written plan you receive after an appointment is for, and how to use it between visits.
Four general questions that tend to make any appointment more useful, whatever it is about.
